Summer Camps

The online registration form is divided into sections: Camper Information - Parent/Guardian Information (if required) - Insurance/Health/Medical - Covenant/Consent Forms, followed by Billing Information. Each section is self explanatory.

Required Fields: If a field has a red* next to it, that means it is a required field.

Paying by Check: If you are going to mail in a check payment you will see a note in the "Camper Fee Payment" field telling you to input 1 in this section. Also, there is an option to "Mail-In Check" in the Billing Information section. Be sure to check this option if you area paying by check.

Multiple Campers: If you are registering a camper or multiple campers for a Junior/Middle/High School camp, you can do all this from online registration. After entering all the information for one camper the system will ask you if you want to register another camper. Click on the "Add Another Camper" brown button to register another camper.

Confirmation Email: After submitting your registration and completing the Billing process you will automatically be sent a confirmation email. This email goes to the field that say: "Email: Updates about camp will be sent via this email address."

Register for camp based on the grade your camper completes June 2025, not beginning in August 2025.

To Complete a Registration, You Will Need the Following Information for Each Child/Youth Camper:

Camper Name

Date of Birth

Gender

Grade Completed (this June)

Mailing Address, City, and Zip

Email Address of Parent/Guardian that is checked at least once a week.

Name & Phone Contact for Parent/Legal Guardian

1 Emergency Contact IF Parent Cannot Be Reached (Name and Best Phone Number)

Name of Your Church and City/Town

Medical Information (ie: Insurance, Doctor Name & Number)

If the camper takes medication, we will need that list with dosage information.

Vaccination History (yes/no)

Emotional/Social Health Questions

General Health Questions

Registration Policy: All registrations and fees must be received by their due date.  Registrations received after that date can only be accepted with the camp director’s approval and if space is available.
